The Bright Side!!

So, on the bright side, everything is going down. Which is really good and I am really excited. However, they just aren't going down as quickly as I would like. But like I said, things are still going down. And it's only been a couple of weeks. So, I am not quite ready to give up on this yet!! And I have had an incredible support system with all my friends and husband. And since our gas was turned off before I started this blog, I am hoping now that we have had our gas turned back on it will be much easier to stick to a diet now that I can cook at home. But I must say with three kids it is so HARD to find the time to exercise. We garden and do yard work together but honestly, I haven't worked out once since I started. Which is horrible, I know, because that was one of my major goals and I have failed. But I just can't seem to find the time, it's always soccer or softball or doctor appointments, etc.... any suggestions from all you out there as to how you find the time to schedule in a workout.

  1. I think you're doing great! A pound a week is what they say you should expect. So over 3 pounds in two weeks is really good! As for exercising, my plan for when I have baby #3 is to have my oldest ride a bike while I push the younger two in a jogging stroller. We also have a double bike trailer so I can ride my bike if I want to. Play time for them and exercise for me.

  2. Keep it up! You're doing great! I have found that the ONLY time I can exercise is first thing in the morning (I run at 5:30 or 6:00 am). I get it done fast, shower, and get ready before my kids are up for the day. Sometimes I even forget I did it after that. And I don't have it looming over my head all day! Especially in the summer when it is so light outside- get out early!
